Change Notification #   10147
Revision
Type of Notification   UPDATE NOTIFICATION
Change Title   Update Notification for PCNs 4813 and 10041
Issue Date   2000-03-08
Affected Product Family   DISCRETES AND LOGIC
Description   In June 1999 and September 1999, Analog issued two product change notifications regarding products manufactured in BMC/BP4 and their qualification in the Tesla Wafer Fab located in Roznov, Czech Republic. These PCN numbers were 4813 and 10041. The PCN's listed devices to be run at the Tesla wafer fab and dates for which they would have customer samples available. ON has been able to delay indefinitely the transfer of many of the devices listed on these PCN's. Therefore, samples for the re-qualification will not be produced, as they are not necessary at this time. This notification is being issued to clarify, on a per device basis, the status of the parts, and whether they will be processed in Tesla. At the bottom of this notice is a complete listing of all devices listed on the two original PCN's and the specific device information. ON Semiconductor apologizes for any inconvenience that this change has caused you. Since most of these devices will continue to be sourced from the original Wafer Fab, no customer re-qualification should be needed on these parts.
